My work on paper is an embodied ritual honoring my life as a musician. It invites us to contemplate our dance with tension and explore how the space that holds a note is just as vital as the note itself. An instrument has the ability to sing and soar with crafted and purposeful tension. We do as well. These selected works of string and paper evoke those deeply felt sense-making epiphanies that occur when we recognize the infinite space that holds us.
